INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS OF VENDORS YOU ARE CONSIDERING
On behalf of its employer members, the Due Diligence Cooperative conducts due diligence on eligible vendors that offer products and services designed to improve the health and well-being of employees beyond the hospital. The Cooperative takes information gathered through a robust due diligence process that includes on-site visits and examination of key organization processes and procedures, and turns it into summary and full reports that are shared among Cooperative members and used to inform purchasing decisions.
Due diligence reports contain about 20+ pages of information on a vendor, including a CD with a full set of exhibits referenced in the report. The reports provide unbiased, expert analysis of:
- products and services offered
- financial and operational stability
- customer satisfaction
- record of compliance
- data transmission and security
- subcontractors
- veracity of claims (financial and clinical)
In addition, the Cooperative will take a deeper dive and evaluate a program's outcomes and create a calculator for each program. The calculator allows members to quantify expected financial and clinical outcomes based on their own unique employee population. Assumptions used in the calculations have been verified through Leapfrog's due diligence process.
